I had a blood test today and jane the nurse was so comforting and lovely I am someone who is petrified of needles and she made me feel so at ease and relaxed the service I received was amazing and I can easily say linden house has brillant staff thank you so much guys :)

I cant think of anyway things could of been done better the treament was a 11 out of 10

I have moved to Ashlea Practice some years back following ongoing frustration with my previous provider which I was disappointed with. The service, helpfulness of all the people involved and mostly the kindness is exceptional. There is always someone on the other side of the line who helps.

There is really not a lot. you are very good the way you are.

I am very nervous about blood tests because my veins are so deep. I saw Jane this morning ( a medical health assistant) who was wonderful. She put me at ease and got my blood first time. Thank you Jane.

It was well organised and well carried out so nothing.

Fantastic surgery in Leatherhead. I never have a problem getting a same day appointment for myself or my children. The Doctors and staff are all really friendly and helpful. Dr Davies and Dr Williams, in particular, are brilliant.
